How to Find, Purchase, and Use the Deals, Specials, and Vouchers in the Ociety App?



Open the Ociety app, and enable your location or click on the "Load NYC" button to load the list of Deals/Happy Hours:


Click on the "All" button to see the list of all available deals/specials/vouchers, as on the example below:


Browse through the deals/specials/vouchers, and find the one you'd like to purchase & use. You can filter and sort them by "Distance", "Dollar Savings", "Category", "Dietary Requirements", or show just the ones that are "Active now":


Click on the deal/special/voucher you'd like to purchase, and be sure to check all the details: active hours, expiration date, dietary restrictions, description, exceptions, and venue address. After that, click on the "Buy Deal" button:


On the "Check-out" screen, you'll see the final price of the deal, and you'll be able to select the payment method (you can input your credit card details or change the payment method and select another credit). The purchased deals have an expiration date as well, so make sure to check when it's required to use the deal. Once everything is ready, click on the "Pay Now" button:


If the payment went through, and you successfully purchased the deal, you'll see the following message:


In case something went wrong, there will be the following "error" message. You can either try later, change the payment method, or reach out to our Support team ([email protected]) for assistance.


Once you purchase the deal, you can use it right away as long as you're at the venue location since it's required to show the deal/special/voucher to the Venue staff, and let them swipe to see the promo code as in the example below:



In case you'd like to use the deal later, you can always find your active/redeemed deals in the "Purchased Deals" tab:


Please, be sure to use the deal before the expiration date:


If the deal expires, you'll receive the refund automatically. You can request a refund manually in any other cases in the "Purchased Deals" tab as on the image below:
