How to Message a Venue?

You can always reach out to venue managers/owners by the following steps:

Open the Venue Profile in the Ociety app, and click on the "three dots" button -> Select "Send Messages" to open the chat with the venue:


Start the conversation by typing in your message.

In case you don't want to be contacted by venue managers/owners anymore, you can always switch off the messaging option:

Go to the "Account" tab, and click on the "Settings" button:


Toggle off the "Allow messages from Venues" button:


You won't receive any messages from the Venues.
