Why can't I log in into Ociety admin panel?



There could be a few reasons:


You don't have an account yet.
Your claim request has not been approved.
You received an email that your claim request has been approved, but you did not receive the email with credentials.
The email is not correct.
The password is not correct.
You are blocked after four attempts to log in with the wrong password.
Something went wrong with the server connection.
Your account has been deleted.

Your claim request has not been approved – if you've claimed your business, but did not receive the confirmation email, please allow a few days or contact us via email ([email protected]) or chat:



You received an email that your claim request has been approved, but you did not receive the email with credentials - in this case, please contact us via email ([email protected]) or chat.

The email is not correct – If your email or password is not correct, you'll get a notification message. Please check your email/password and try again:



The password is not correct - If you've entered your password incorrectly three times already, you will have only one more attempt. You can either try to enter the correct password one more time or reset your password by clicking the link "Forgot Password":

You are blocked after four attempts to log in with the wrong password -
If you have entered the wrong password four times, we will block attempts and send you instruction on how to set a new password via email:



Something went wrong with the server connection - please don't worry, we will fix it in a few minutes:)

Your account has been deleted – if this happens, please contact us ([email protected]), and we will find a solution!
