What to do if you can’t log in with MFA?
If you have lost your phone/phone number, or access to your email, and you no longer are able to log into your account with MFA, then you can easily request the help from one of our Customer Support Managers.
Here’s the list with steps to follow:
You can not log in into your account with MFA.
Email us at [email protected] or just simply reach out via our live chat.
The Customer Support Manager will pick up your request, and ask you a few questions on your account or log in activity (the questions are required due to security reasons).
Once your request is approved, the Customer Support Manager will disable the MFA for your account.
The confirmation message will be sent to your email, so you could log into your account with the same credentials as before.
Once you log in, you’ll be able to set MFA for your account once again.
